摘要
为摸清河北省对虾产业发展现状和制约瓶颈,探索如何从根本上扭转河北省对虾养殖产业大而不强的状况,开展了全省对虾产业调研,对河北省对虾养殖历史、养殖品种、模式、苗种供应、饲料加工等方面数据信息进行收集分析,得出河北省对虾产业存在基础设施陈旧、种质有待提升、加工能力不足、品牌建设不够等方面的不足,并据此提出了提升对虾种质、促进品牌建设和产品销售、加强病害防疫和行业监管等对策建议.
Abstract
In order to understand the current development status and constraints of the shrimp industry in Hebei Province,and explore how to fundamentally reverse the situation of the shrimp farming in-dustry in the province being large but not strong,a survey was conducted on the shrimp industry in the whole province.Data and information on the history,breeding varieties,farming models,seedling supply,feed processing,and other aspects of shrimp farming in Hebei Province were collected and an-alyzed.It was found that there are shortcomings in the shrimp industry in Hebei Province,such as outdated infrastructure,germplasm needs to be improved,insufficient processing capacity,and insuf-ficient brand building.Based on this,countermeasures and suggestions were proposed,snchas to im-prove shrimp germplasm,promote brand building and product sales,strengthen disease prevention and epidemic prevention,and industry supervision.
