低盐度胁迫对褶皱臂尾轮虫增殖情况的影响

为优化轮虫养殖条件,探讨了低盐度环境对褶皱臂尾轮虫(Brachionus plicatilis)增殖和产卵率的影响.试验设置不同盐度处理组(盐度分别为 3‰、4‰、5‰、6‰),在控制水温和pH 值的条件下,每日投喂小球藻,并监测轮虫的增殖情况.结果显示,随着盐度的增加,轮虫的增殖率和产卵率均显著提高,其中 6‰盐度组的增殖率最高.这表明褶皱臂尾轮虫在低盐度下虽能存活,但其繁殖性能在更高盐度下更好.
The Impact of low salinity stress on the proliferation of Brachionus plicatilis
To understand optimized conditions for rotifer cultivation,the effects of low salinity on the proliferation and egg-laying rate of the rotifer Brachionus plicatilis were investigated.Different sa-linity treatment groups(3‰,4‰,5‰,6‰)were set up under controlled water temperature and p H conditions,with daily feeding of Chlorella and monitoring of rotifer proliferation.The results showed that both the proliferation rate and egg-laying rate of the rotifers increased significantly with the in-crease in salinity,with the highest proliferation rate observed in the 6‰ salinity group.This indicates that while Brachionus plicatilis can survive at low salinities,its reproductive performance is better at higher salinities.
