Descriptions of three new record species of free-living marine nematode from the Qinhuangdao Sea intertidal zone
In order to investigate and understand free-living marine nematodes in Qinhuangdao,an in-vestigation and research was conducted on free-living marine nematodes in the intertidal zone of the sea of Qinhuangdao in April 2024.Three new record species of free-living nematodes were identified and described:Oncholaimus minor Chen & Guo,2014;Metachromadora xiamenensis Zhou,Zeng,Cai,Fu & Tan,2020;Metadesmolaimus zhanggi Guo,Chen & Liu,belonging to 3 orders,3 families and 3 genera.Oncholaimus minor Chen & Guo,2014,the body length is relatively short, and the oral cavity is deep barrel shaped, with an arc length of 24.83~25.43 μm.Metachromadora xiamenensis Zhou,Zeng,Cai,Fu & Tan,2020,the body shape is cylindrical, with a short and conical tail.Metadesmolai-mus zhanggi Guo,Chen & Liu,2016,the body surface appears brownish yellow, the oral cavity is pear shaped, and there are tail bristles at the end of the tail.It was found that Oncholamus minor Chen&Guo(2014)and Metachromadora xiamenensis Zhou,Zeng,Cai,Fu&Tan(2020)are common and abundant species in this area.
