摘要

为促进凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)养殖业的可持续发展,进行了凡纳滨对虾与不同规格半滑舌鳎的池塘套养对比试验.试验结果表明,凡纳滨对虾虾苗(体长1.0 cm以上)放养密度30万尾/hm2;半滑舌鳎套养规格400~600 g/尾,放养密度120~180尾/hm2时,凡纳滨对虾产量比单养凡纳滨对虾单产提高20%左右,并且投放规格400~600 g/尾的半滑舌鳎能生长至商品规格,其售卖单价较高,生长速度比工厂化养殖半滑舌鳎快大约25%左右.除上述产量和生长速度优势外,池塘套养的半滑舌鳎在口感和营养价值上更接近于野生品种,并且半滑舌鳎能够更好地起到生物防控的作用,减少疾病对凡纳滨对虾养殖的危害.

Abstract

In order to promote the sustainable development of Litopenaeus vannamei aquaculture indus-try,make full use of pond space,and increase the average output of aquatic products,a comparative test of pond polyculture of L.vannamei and Cynoglossus semilaevis of different stocking size was car-ried out.The stocking density of L.vannamei was 300,000 ind./hm,with body length over 1.0 cm.The stocking density of C.semilaevis was 120~180 ind./hm2 with stocking size of 400~600 g/ind..The results showed that the average yield of L.vannamei can be increased by about 20%compared with that of monoculture,and C.semilaevis with stocking size of 400~600 g/ind.can grow to market size with higher price,and its growth rate was about 25%faster than that of factory-farmed ones.In addition to the above advantages in yield and growth rate,C.semilaevis reared in ponds was closer to the wild ones in taste and nutritional value,and it can better play the role of biological control and re-duce the harm of diseases to L.vannamei in culture.
