Study on the community structure of free-living marine nematodes in the sea area near Feicui Island,Changli Golden Coast Nature Reserve
To monitor the changes in the biological community of free-living marine nematodes near Feicui Island in the Golden Coast Nature Reserve of Changli County,Qinhuangdao, sampling of ma-rine meiofauna was conducted at three transects and nine stations in the sea area in October 2014.The diversity and community structure of free-living marine nematodes were analyzed through indices such as species number,Margalef species richness index,Simpson index,Shannon-Wiener index, and Pielou evenness index.A total of 1 072 nematodes were observed, and 107 species were identi-fied,including 10 dominant species such as Pselionema sp.,Parasphaerolaimus sp.,and Parallelo-coilas sp.The results showed that the community diversity index varied between 2.1 and 3.3,and the species richness index ranged from 2.4 to 7.3,indicating spatial heterogeneity in the structure and a-bundance of marine nematode communities among different stations.
