摘要

为了解中国水产品预制菜行业的发展现状及存在的问题,并提出相应的对策建议,分析了水产品预制菜行业的市场规模、主要地区的发展情况、品牌文化、行业优势以及存在的问题,提出相应对策,如建立水产品预制菜行业标准,加强行业规范化和监管力度;同时推动信息共享和沟通合作,促进市场良性竞争;提高消费者对其预制产品的认知等对策,从而助力水产预制菜行业的健康发展.

Abstract

To understand the development status quo and existing problems of China's aquatic ready-to-cook food industry,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,the market scale of the aquatic ready-to-cook food industry,the development of major regions,brand culture,industry advantages and existing problems were analyzed,it was proposed that to promote the devel-opment of the industry,the industry standard of aquatic ready-to-cook food should be established,and the standardization and supervision of the industry be strengthened;at the same time,the sharing of information and communication and cooperation be promoted,the benign competition in the market be promoted;and the consumer's cognition of ready-to-cook food products and other countermeas-ures be improved,so as to help the aquatic ready-to-cook food industry developing in a healthy way.
