Wave energy is one of the important renewable resources,and enhancing the energy capture rate of wave energy devices is the key to the application of wave energy on a large scale.In this study,the energy conversion de-vice for wave energy is investigated,evolutionary analysis is conducted,and a solution for the maximum average out-put power,optimal damping coefficient,and related parameters of the device under different oscillation conditions is presented.The coupled motion model of 2 degrees of freedom and 4 degrees of freedom wave energy conversion de-vices is developed based on Newton's law,center of mass system,and moment of inertia.The solution is based on the difference principle of time discretization.Meanwhile,the simulated annealing algorithm is employed to reduce the time complexity,and a better particle swarm algorithm is innovatively proposed to acquire more accurate results.This study presents novel ideas and methods for high-efficiency acquisition of wave energy in practical projects.
