针对航空线性交流直流变换拓扑输入侧电流谐波含量高的问题,本文提出一种基于无源电压纹波注入单元的多脉波航空变压整流器,它由 12 脉变压器、2 组整流桥、1 个平衡电抗器和无源电压纹波注入单元组成.结合平衡电抗器和无源电压纹波注入单元,该拓扑利用 12 脉变压器和 2 组整流桥实现了 24 脉波直流输出.本文详细描述了基于纹波电压极性,通过等比例交替调整 2 组整流桥输出电压矢量幅值,形成新的输出电压矢量,达到脉波倍增的过程;推导了相关表达式.本文对提出的变压整流器的工作模式、等效容量、源侧谐波含量等展开了详细分析;研制了样机,并通过实验研究验证了拓扑的可行性和正确性.
24-pulse aviation AC-DC converter based on passive voltage ripple injection
With the goal of solving the problem of high harmonic content of the current at the input side of aviation linear alternating current and direct current(AC-DC)conversion topology,this paper proposes a multipulse avia-tion transformer rectifier unit(TRU)based on passive voltage ripple injection unit.The unit consists of 12-pulse transformers,two groups of rectifier bridges,an interphase reactor(IPR),and a passive voltage ripple injection unit(PVRI unit).Combining the PVRI and IPR units,the topology realized 24-pulse DC output by using 12-pulse transformers and two groups of rectifier bridges.Based on the polarity of ripple voltage,this paper describes in de-tail the process of forming a new output voltage vector by alternately adjusting the amplitude of the output voltage vectors of two groups of rectifier bridges in equal proportion,thus forming a new output voltage vector and achieving pulse multiplication.Related expressions were also derived.The working mode,equivalent capacity,and harmonic content of the proposed TRU were also analyzed in detail in this paper.Finally,the prototype was developed,and the feasibility and correctness of the topology were verified by experimental research.
