Correlation analysis of pressure characteristic interaction of electronically controlled injector without static leakage
To reveal the pressure fluctuation characteristics of an electronically controlled injector without static leakage,a numerical model of an electronically controlled injector was established based on the AMEsim hydraulic simulation platform. The accuracy of the model was verified by comparing it with the experimental data. The injec-tion pressure fluctuation and injection pressure drop were defined as the measurement indexes of pressure character-istics.Combined with experimental design and correlation analysis, the correlation between pressure characteristics and the interaction between influencing parameters were explored. The results showed that for the injection pressure fluctuation, the interaction between the fuel inlet orifice, fuel outlet orifice, and nozzle orifice diameters has a sig-nificant effect, and the correlation is significantly affected by the working condition of the rail pressure. At low rail pressure, the interaction between the fuel inlet orifice and nozzle orifice diameters is positively correlated, and the interaction between the fuel outlet orifice, inlet hole, and nozzle orifice diameters is negatively correlated;at high rail pressure, the correlation is opposite. For the injection pressure drop,in the whole working condition plane, the interaction of influencing factors has little effect, and its interaction can be ignored. The effect of the interaction of the influencing factors on the pressure characteristics is sensitive to the change in the rail pressure condition and is not related to the change in the control pulse width.
