Research on the sound insulation characteristics of a perforated plate-membrane cavity composite sound insulation shield
To solve the low-frequency sound insulation problem,a perforated plate-membrane cavity composite sound insulation structure was proposed.Using the finite element method,a single-cell model of the sound insula-tion structure was established to analyze the acoustic characteristics of the single-cell model and optimize its config-uration.On this basis,a numerical simulation model of a large-sized perforated plate-membrane cavity composite sound insulation plate was established to investigate its sound insulation performance and the influence of the frame on sound insulation performance.The sound insulation performance of the multilayer membrane-type sound insula-tion plate was studied by combining simulation results.The simulation analysis model of the perforated plate-mem-brane cavity sound insulation shield was established to analyze the sound insulation performance of the multilayer membrane-type sound insulation shield.A sample sound insulation shield was developed.This work confirms that the sample exhibits better low-frequency sound insulation performance.
