余吾煤矿井下矸石巷道充填技术研究与应用

为提高岩巷的施工速度,余吾煤矿采用盾构机掘进,由此产生了大量的矸石.在对比综采矸石充填、综采膏体充填和巷道充填3种不同矸石井下处理方式优缺点的基础上,确定采用巷道充填.建立了掘进巷道应力分布的模型,推导了煤柱宽度的计算公式,采用等效采高计算得出煤柱的宽度为15m.结合现场的实际情况,确定了矸石物料的运输路线以及主要设备.实践结果表明,采用巷道充填的方式井下就地处理矸石,经济社会效益显著,可为类似条件下的矸石处理提供借鉴.
Research and application of filling technology for underground gangue roadway in Yuwu Coal Mine
In order to improve the construction speed of rock roadway,Yuwu Coal Mine adopts shield tunneling machine,which produces a large amount of gangue.On the basis of comparing the advantages and disadvantages of three different gangue underground treatment methods of fully mechanized mining gangue filling,fully mechanized mining paste filling and roadway filling,the roadway filling is determined.The model of stress distribution in tunneling roadway is established,and the calculation formula of coal pillar width is deduced.The width of coal pillar is calculated to be 15 m by equivalent mining height.Combined with the actual situation of the site,the transportation route and main equipment of gangue materials were determined.The practical results show that the use of roadway filling to treat gangue underground in situ has significant economic and social benefits,which can provide reference for gangue treatment under similar conditions.
