新景公司15317工作面超前水力卸压技术分析研究

本文对新景公司芦南15号煤辅助运输巷750~950m区段多处出现底板鼓起、浆皮脱落、工字钢梁弯折、锚索破断、矿压显现明显的问题进行了分析,并指出即将回采的15317工作面会对芦南15号煤辅助运输巷动压扰动,因此决定对芦南15号煤辅助运输巷750~950 m区段应用水力压裂卸压技术,并提出了相应的水力压裂卸压方案.实践表明,卸压方案实施后,巷道变形量小,不再需要二次整巷,卸压效果良好.
Analysis and research on advanced hydraulic pressure relief technology of 15317 working face of Xinjing Company
In this paper,the problems of floor heave,slurry peel off,I-beam bending,anchor cable breakage and obvious mine pressure in the 750~950 m section of Lunan No.15 coal auxiliary transportation roadway of Xinjing Company are analyzed,and it is pointed out that the 15317 working face will disturb the dynamic pressure of Lunan No.15 coal auxiliary transportation roadway.Therefore,it is decided to apply hydraulic fracturing pressure relief technology to the 750~950 m section of Lunan No.15 coal auxiliary transportation roadway,and the corresponding hydraulic fracturing pressure relief scheme is put forward.The practice shows that after the implementation of the pressure relief scheme,the deformation of the roadway is small,the secondary roadway is no longer needed,and the pressure relief effect is good.
