Based on the original coal blending control system of Liyazhuang Coal Preparation Plant,aiming at the problems existing in the existing coal blending control system,a software and hardware system scheme of coal blending control system in coal preparation plant is designed to transform and upgrade the original coal blending control system of coal preparation plant.This design mainly includes two parts:hardware design and software design.The designed improvement scheme is applied in Liyazhuang Coal Preparation Plant.By comparing the performance changes of the system before and after the transformation and upgrading,it shows that the control accuracy of the system after the transformation is significantly improved,and the application effect of the new system is good.
