矿粉基防治水注浆材料的实验研究

摘要
为提高煤矿防治水注浆加固效果,改善注浆材料性能,降低注浆材料成本,同时为工业固体废弃物的高值化综合利用寻找新的途径,本文通过大量的实验室实验,最终确定了以粒化高炉矿渣为主要原材料,以脱硫石膏、水泥熟料及外加剂为辅料,研制了一种矿粉基注浆材料,通过与注浆用矿渣水泥进行交叉对比,分析矿粉基注浆材料在可流动性、相对粘度、浆液沉降速度、凝固状态及力学性质等物理性能,为矿粉基注浆材料在防治水工程中应用提供理论依据.
Abstract
In order to improve the grouting reinforcement effect of water prevention and control in coal mines,improve the performance of grouting materials,reduce the cost of grouting materials,and find a new way for the high-value comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste at the same time,through a large number of laboratory experiments,this paper finally determined to use granulated blast furnace slag as the main raw material,desulfurization gypsum,cement clinker and admixture as auxiliary materials,developed a slag-based grouting material.By cross-comparing with slag cement for grouting,the physical properties of slag-based grouting material in fluidity,relative viscosity,slurry sedimentation rate,solidification state and mechanical properties were analyzed.The study provided a theoretical basis for the application of slag-based grouting materials in water prevention and control projects.
