摘要

针对水峪煤业全煤回采巷道掘进时粉尘浓度高的问题,通过数值模拟分析了附壁风筒不同轴径向出风比下,掘进面风速及粉尘浓度的变化情况,并结合现场试验对比,综合确定出合理的轴径向出风比为1∶3.现场应用结果表明,采用1∶3轴径向出风比的附壁风筒后,掘进面整体总粉尘降尘率为98.28%,呼吸性粉尘的降尘率为97.14%,治理效果显著,保证了矿井的安全高效生产.

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of high dust concentration in the excavation of the whole coal mining roadway in Shuiyu Coal Industry,the changes of wind speed and dust concentration in the excavation face under different axial and radial air outlet ratios of the attached air duct were analyzed by numerical simulation.Combined with the field comparative test,the reasonable axial and radial air outlet ratio was determined to be 1:3.The field application results show that the total dust reduction rate of the excavation face is 98.28%and the dust reduction rate of the respirable dust is 97.14%after the wall-attached air duct with 1:3 axial radial air ratio is adopted.The treatment effect is remarkable,which ensures the safe and efficient production of the mine.
