Near infrared spectroscopic study on hydrogen bonding of arepidtan lotion
In order to study the hydrogen bonding of aprepitant emulsion for studying the stability of aprepitant emulsion.The near-infrared(NIR)spectra of arepidtan lotion with different concentrations(including test solution 1,test solution 2,test solution 3,test solution 4 and test solution 5)were studied respectively.The results show that the near-infrared absorption modes of Arepidtan lotion mainly include:νArepidtanloion-1-NIR(9 000~6 000 cm-1)and νArepidtanloion-2-NIR(6 000~4 000 cm-1),Sodium chloride will break the hydrogen bond between water molecules(test solution and test solution 2),while arepidtan lotion will further strengthen the hydrogen bond between water molecules(test solution 3,test solution 4 and test solution 5),and there is also a clever balance between them.
