Research on heat treatment process of waste salt produced by azodicyanovaleric acid
The waste salt that is a by-product of azodicyanovaleric acid was utilized as the raw material.A tubular furnace was used to simulate fixed bed heat treatment in order to examine the effects of various heat treatment temperatures and reaction times on the waste salt's TOC content.According to the experimental findings, waste salt's total organic carbon(TOC)content can be lowered to 25 mg/kg and its whiteness can reach 83.46,which satisfies the industrial salt quality standard, when the heat treatment temperature is 700 ℃ and the residence time is 20 minutes.A guide for using waste salt as a resource and lowering the price of treating hazardous waste in businesses was offered.
