新景煤矿15226综放工作面陷落柱超深孔扩裂爆破研究

陷落柱是煤矿开采中经常遇到的地质构造,对安全回采效率产生不利的影响.新景煤矿15226工作面揭露了 X3、X4、X5和X6陷落柱,为保证工作面安全回采,提高开采效率,采用超深孔扩裂爆破的方法对陷落柱进行处理.结合地质资料和物探资料确定4个陷落柱的位置及形态,并确定了超深孔的布置方式及参数,分析了超深钻孔的施工工艺并探讨了超深孔爆破时的安全措施.实践表明,15226工作面顺利通过X5和X6陷落柱,且与未做深孔爆破处理时相比,截齿的消耗速度下降了 74.21%,工作面的推进速度提升了 16.1%,说明超深孔爆破技术保障了工作面的安全高效开采.
Study on ultra-deep hole expansion blasting of collapse column in No.15226 fully mechanized caving face of Xinjing Mine
Collapse column was a geological structure often encountered in coal mining,which had a negative impact on the safety mining efficiency.The X3,X4,X5 and X6 collapse columns were exposed in No.15226 Face of Xinjing Mine.In order to ensure the safe mining of the working face and improve the mining efficiency,the collapse column was controlled by ultra-deep hole expansion blasting.Combined with geological data and geophysical data,the location and shape of four collapse columns were determined,and the arrangement and parameters of ultra-deep holes were determined.The construction technology of ultra-deep drilling hole was analyzed and the safety measures of ultra-deep hole blasting were discussed.The practice showed that the No.15226 Face successfully passed through the X5 and X6 collapse columns,and the consumption rate of the pick was reduced by 74.21%compared with the non-deep hole blasting control.And the advancing speed of the working face was increased by 16.1%.The study indicated that the ultra-deep hole blasting technology ensured the safe and efficient mining of the working face.
