深部煤层瓦斯吸附规律研究

瓦斯吸附常数是煤层瓦斯基础参数中重要组成部分,通过采集平顶山矿区深部煤层不同地点煤样,利用WY-98A型瓦斯吸附常数测定仪进行高压等温吸附试验,试验结果表明,吸附曲线符合langmuir吸附方程,吸附曲线随着吸附压力升高,先表现为吸附量急剧增大,后吸附量缓慢增加,当吸附压力达到5 MPa左右时,吸附曲线平缓,逐渐达到极限吸附量.在吸附阶段前期,吸附瓦斯量快速增加,在饱和吸附量中占比超过70%,同时瓦斯吸附量与煤质参数中挥发分关系密切,呈现出挥发分越大、吸附量越小的反比关系.
Study on gas adsorption law of deep coal seam
Gas adsorption constant is an important part of the basic parameters of coal seam gas.By collecting coal samples from different locations in the deep coal seam of Pingdingshan mining area,the high-pressure isothermal adsorption test was carried out by using WY-98A gas adsorption constant tester.The test results show that the adsorption curve conforms to the langmuir adsorption equation.With the increase of adsorption pressure,the adsorption curve first shows that the adsorption capacity increases sharply,and then the adsorption capacity increases slowly.When the adsorption pressure reaches about 5 MPa,the adsorption curve is gentle and gradually reaches the limit adsorption capacity.In the early stage of the adsorption stage,the amount of adsorbed gas increased rapidly,accounting for more than 70%of the saturated adsorption amount.At the same time,the amount of gas adsorption was closely related to the volatile matter in the coal quality parameters,showing an inverse relationship between the larger the volatile matter and the smaller the adsorption amount.
