摘要
本文以山西西山煤电股份有限公司镇城底矿选煤厂为例,介绍一种粗煤泥深度洗选回收工艺优化设计.根据镇城底矿选煤厂现有粗煤泥分选工艺,合理介绍工艺优化设计和主要设备选型,确认优化后的工艺及设备可满足选煤厂生产需求后,将工艺优化设计应用于选煤厂生产实践.根据实践结果可知,优化设计后的粗煤泥深度洗选回收工艺具有更高的经济效益与产品回收率.煤厂粗煤泥深度洗选回收工艺优化设计可作为同类选煤厂相关工艺优化参考方案.
Abstract
Taking the coal preparation plant of Zhenchengdi Coal Mine of Shanxi Xishan Coal and Electricity Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper introduces the optimization design of a deep washing and recovery process of coarse slime.According to the existing coarse slime separation process in Zhenchengdi Coal Preparation Plant,the process optimization design and main equipment selection are reasonably introduced.After confirming that the optimized process and equipment can meet the production needs of the coal preparation plant,the process optimization design is applied to the production practice of the coal preparation plant.According to the practical results,the optimized design of coarse slime deep washing and recovery process has higher economic benefits and product recovery rate.The optimization design of deep washing and recovery process of coarse slime in coal plant can be used as a reference scheme for the optimization of related processes in similar coal preparation plants.
