厚层坚硬岩浆岩下采空区注浆充填试验研究

针对煤层开采形成的厚层坚硬岩浆岩大面积悬顶问题,以海孜煤矿局部岩浆岩侵入体为研究对象,分析了地表岩移和岩浆岩体下离层的发育特征,开展了井下采空区注浆填充试验工作.研究成果表明,海孜煤矿二采区工作面回采后,实测的地表最大沉降量仅为487 mm,远低于无岩浆岩发育区的采动造成的地表沉降量;岩浆岩体未破断,采空区和岩浆岩体之间存在离层空间;通过对垮落带、裂隙带和离层带实施地面钻孔注浆,构建了人工柱体,消除了因厚层坚硬岩浆岩体的大面积悬顶形成的高应力集中现象.
Experimental study on grouting filling in goaf under thick hard magmatic rock
Aiming at the problem of large-area hanging roof of thick hard magmatic rock formed by coal seam mining,taking the local magmatic rock intrusion in Haizi Mine as the research object,the development characteristics of surface rock movement and separation layer under magmatic rock mass were analyzed,and the grouting filling test in underground goaf was carried out.The research results showed that after the mining of the working face in the second mining area of Haizi Mine,the measured maximum surface settlement was only 487 mm,which was far lower than the surface settlement caused by mining in the non-magmatic rock development area.The magmatic rock mass was not broken,and there was a separation space between the goaf and the magmatic rock mass.Through the implementation of ground drilling grouting in the caving zone,fracture zone and separation zone,the artificial column was constructed,and the high stress concentration phenomenon caused by the large area hanging roof of the thick hard magmatic rock mass was eliminated.
