摘要
为了提升叶轮在通风机中的应用效果,以辛安矿9-19型离心式通风机为例,介绍一种基于有限元分析的通风机叶轮力学分析方法.利用ANSYS软件构建出通风机三维模型,通过网格划分、约束条件与载荷设置后,分别对通风机的静力学特性与模态特性进行分析,了解通风机的受力特点,以此为基础对通风机叶轮进行结构优化改进.实践表明,改进后通风机叶轮使用效果良好,降低了出现损伤的频率,确保煤矿生产作业中离心式通风机可以安全、稳定地运行.
Abstract
In order to improve the application effect of the impeller in the fan,taking the 9-19 centrifugal fan in Xin'an Mine as an example,a mechanical analysis method of the fan impeller based on finite element analysis is introduced.The three-dimensional model of the fan is constructed by AN SYS software.After meshing,constraint conditions and load setting,the static and modal characteristics of the fan are analyzed respectively to understand the force characteristics of the fan.Based on this,the structure of the fan impeller is optimized and improved.The practice shows that the improved fan impeller has good use effect,reduces the frequency of damage,and ensures that the centrifugal fan can operate safely and stably in coal mine production.
