邢东矿深部开采底板突水机理研究及水力压裂技术应用

为研究深部开采底板突水机理,以邢东矿2129工作面为背景,通过理论计算建立了底板岩层破坏深度与工作面基本顶悬顶长度之间的关系,提出了利用基本顶水力压裂技术减小顶板悬顶长度,控制底板出水的思路.利用UDEC模拟了不同压裂步距下的底板应力演化规律,说明压裂步距在40m以下时底板控制效果最好.开展顶板水力压裂后,矿压观测结果表明2129工作面的周期来压步距明显降低,说明采用的技术手段是合理有效的.
Study on floor water outburst mechanism and application of hydraulic fracturing technology in deep mining of Xingdong Mine
In order to study the mechanism of floor water outburst in deep mining,taking No.2129 Face of Xingdong Mine as the background,the relationship between the failure depth of floor strata and the hanging roof length of main roof of working face was established by theoretical calculation,and the idea of using hydraulic fracturing technology of main roof to reduce hanging roof length of roof and control floor water outburst was put forward.The UDEC was used to simulate the stress evolution law of the bottom plate under different fracturing intervals,which showed that the bottom plate control effect was the best when the fracturing interval was below 40 m.After the hydraulic fracturing of the roof,the mine pressure observation results showed that the periodic weighting step distance of No.2129 Face was significantly reduced,indicating that the technical means adopted were reasonable and effective.
