5G技术及万兆环网相结合的煤矿通信系统建设方案研究

本文针对麦捷煤业井下生产过程中,无法实现各个智能化设备系统间的可靠信息交互的问题,基于4G、5G及万兆环网技术,对麦捷煤业井下通信系统升级建设,通过相关技术的论述选取,形成矿井4G、5G网络和万兆环网相结合的整体建设方案.实践表明,该方案既能够依托5G通信技术实现井下信号和各种控制指令低延时传输,减少了信息传输时间,又能够结合4G、工业万兆环网的低成本控制,提高了决策效率、经济效益,提升了矿井综合管理能力,实现了麦捷煤业井下无人化、少人化、远程化、智能化采煤,为类似矿井的智能化建设提供了经验借鉴.
Research on the construction scheme of coal mine communication system combining 5G technology and 10 Gigabit ring network
In this paper,aiming at the problem that the reliable information interaction between various intelligent equipment systems cannot be realized in the underground production process of Maijie Coal Industry,based on 4G,5G and 10 Gigabit ring network technology,the underground communication system of Maijie Coal Industry is upgraded and constructed.Through the discussion and selection of related technologies,an overall construction scheme combining 4G,5G network and 10 Gigabit ring network is formed.Practice shows that the scheme can not only rely on 5G communication technology to realize low-latency transmission of underground signals and various control commands,but also reduce information transmission time.It can also combine the low-cost control of 4G and industrial 10 Gigabit ring network,improve decision-making efficiency and economic benefits,improve the comprehensive management ability of the mine,and realize the unmanned,less-humanized,remote and intelligent coal mining in Maijie Coal Industry,which provides experience for the intelligent construction of similar mines.
