Development and application of fast and portable self-moving tail of belt conveyor
The retractable belt conveyor is the main transportation equipment in the underground coal mine.The traditional transportation is that the head of the transfer machine is connected to the tail of the belt conveyor.After walking for a certain distance,the tail of the belt conveyor is dragged by winch and withdrawn by manpower,and then cycled.This method has low efficiency,high labor intensity,heavy workload and great potential safety hazards.In order to solve this problem,in view of the complex conditions of coal occurrence in Fengfeng Group,a safe,efficient,fast and portable self-moving tail is developed,which can be replaced with the traditional fuselage,and the original equipment is not affected.The practice shows that the newly designed device runs well,which effectively solves the problems of long tail withdrawal time,heavy workload and high safety risk of the crossheading conveyor,and provides a method and experience for solving the rapid and safe movement of the end of the crossheading belt conveyor.
