摘要
采用中红外(MIR)光谱技术(包括:一维MIR光谱、二阶导数MIR光谱、四阶导数MIR光谱和退卷积MIR光谱)分别开展了鸡精结构的研究.实验发现:鸡精结构的主要红外吸收模式包括:谷氨酸钠分子NH3+官能团不对称弯曲振动模式(δasNH3+-谷氨酸钠)、谷氨酸钠分子COO-官能团不对称伸缩振动模式(vasCOO--谷氨酸钠)、谷氨酸钠分子NH3+官能团对称弯曲振动模式(δsNH3+-谷氨酸钠)、谷氨酸钠分子CH2官能团弯曲振动模式(δCH2-谷氨酸钠)和谷氨酸钠分子COO-官能团对称伸缩振动模式(vsCOO-谷氨酸钠).研究发现,鸡精的主要成分是谷氨酸钠.为鸡精结构的鉴别研究,建立一个新的方法学,具有重要的应用研究价值.
Abstract
The structure of chicken semen was studied using mid infrared(MIR)spectroscopy techniques(including one-dimensional MIR spectroscopy,second-order derivative MIR spectroscopy,fourth-order derivative MIR spectroscopy,and deconvolution MIR spectroscopy).Experimental findings:The main infrared absorption modes of chicken sperm structure include sodium glutamate molecular NH3+functional group asymmetric bending vibration mode of(δasNH3+-Glutamate Sodium),glutamate sodium molecular COO-functional group asymmetric stretching vibration mode(vasCOO--Glutamate Sodium),glutamate sodium molecular NH3+functional group symmetric bending vibration mode(δsNH3+-Glutamate Sodium),glutamate sodium molecular CH2 functional group bending vibration mode(δCH2-Glutamate Sodium)and glutamate sodium molecular COO-functional group symmetric stretching vibration mode(vsCOO--Glutamate Sodium).Research has found that the main component of chicken essence is glutamate sodium.The structure of chicken semen was identified and a new methodology was establish,which has important application research value.
