大巷高位爆破切顶控制综采工作面采动压力方案研究

山西长榆河煤业在回采15号煤层时采动动压和采空区岩层移动均对东翼胶带大巷和东翼辅助运输大巷有较大的压力显现,出现顶板下沉、底鼓、两帮收敛、工字钢棚变形等现象.针对这一问题,为了保证该矿东采区15108工作面安全顺利开采,决定进行切顶卸压工程.通过分析研究,决定在东翼辅运大巷进行超深孔高位切顶爆破,并对关键层、爆破钻孔布置和参数等进行了研究设计.实践表明,设计的切顶爆破方案实施效果良好,工作面的回采动压被有效阻断,回采期间几乎没有压力显现.
Study on mining pressure scheme of high-level blasting roof cutting control fully mechanized mining face in main roadway
In Shanxi Changyuhe Coal Industry,when mining No.15 coal seam,the mining dynamic pressure and the strata movement in the goaf have great pressure on the east wing belt roadway and the east wing auxiliary transportation roadway,and there are roof subsidence,floor heave,two sides convergence,I-shaped steel shed deformation and other phenomena.In view of this problem,in order to ensure the safe and smooth mining of the 15108 working face in the eastern mining area of the mine,it was decided to carry out the roof cutting and pressure relief project.Through analysis and research,it was decided to carry out ultra-deep hole high-level roof cutting blasting in the East Wing Auxiliary Transportation Lane,and the key layers,blasting borehole layout and parameters were studied and designed.The practice shows that the designed roof cutting blasting scheme has a good implementation effect,the mining dynamic pressure of the working face is effectively blocked,and there is almost no pressure appearance during the mining period.
