针对永明煤矿5107工作面切眼实际生产过程中存在的支护问题,通过分析研究这些问题产生的原因,据此制定了相应的优化措施,并对优化方案的支护参数进行计算.最终实践表明,此次设计的支护优化方案效果良好,可以满足永明煤矿安全生产的要求,且显著提高了施工效率和支护效果,为后续永明煤矿快速掘进施工提供了技术经验.
Study on optimization of roadway support parameters in No.5107 Face of Yongming Coal Mine
Aiming at the support problems existing in the actual production process of No.5107 Face open-off cut in Yongming Coal Mine,through analyzing and studying the causes of these problems,the corresponding optimization measures were formulated,and the support parameters of the optimization scheme were calculated.The final practice showed that the support optimization scheme designed in this paper had a good effect,which could meet the requirements of Yongming coal mine safety production,and significantly improve the construction efficiency and support effect,and provide technical experience for the subsequent rapid excavation construction of Yongming coal mine.
