榆树坡煤业带式输送机选型设计研究

摘要
为保证榆树坡煤矿5号煤一采区和二采区生产衔接顺利进行,须在5号煤二采区胶带巷设计安装一部固定带式输送机,与5号煤一采区二部带式输送机搭接.本文对新增的带式输送机及其相关设备进行选型计算.实践表明,选择的设备科学合理,运行安全稳定,经济效益良好,满足了榆树坡煤矿生产接续的要求.
Abstract
In order to ensure the smooth production connection between No.1 and No.2 mining area of No.5 coal in Yushupo Coal Mine,a fixed belt conveyor should be designed and installed in the belt roadway of No.2 mining area of No.5 coal,which should be lapped with the two belt-conveyors of No.1 mining area of No.5 coal.In this paper,the selection calculation of the new belt conveyor and its related equipment is carried out.The practice shows that the selected equipment is scientific and reasonable,the operation is safe and stable,and the economic benefit is good,which meets the requirements of production continuation in Yushupo Coal Mine.
