摘要
在煤矿掘进机生产过程中,截割头截齿座这种结构布局紧凑、焊接空间小、坡口渐变的焊接件大都只能采用人工焊接的模式生产,产品质量不稳定且效率不高.针对这一情况,本文依托自动焊接技术的发展,以EBZ160掘进机为例,研发了一种锥体类截割头截齿座自动焊接技术.通过制作旋转变位焊接工装、组对定位工装、焊接参数突变和渐变、拐角增设圆弧、建立参数偏移量选择性子程序等多方面技术手段,实现了截割头截齿座自动焊接.经过工业性试验,验证了自动焊接的截割头截齿座焊缝强度牢固可靠,使用寿命达标,提高了煤矿掘进机的生产效率.
Abstract
In the production process of coal mine roadheader,most of the welded parts with compact structure,small welding space and gradient groove of cutting head pick seat can only be produced by manual welding,and the product quality is unstable and the efficiency is not high.In view of this situation,based on the development of automatic welding technology,this paper takes EBZ160 roadheader as an example to develop an automatic welding technology for conical cutting head pick seat.Through the production of rotary displacement welding tooling,group positioning tooling,welding parameter mutation and gradual change,adding arc at the corner,establishing parameter offset selective subroutine and other technical means,the automatic welding of the cutting head pick seat is realized.Through industrial tests,it is verified that the weld strength of the pick seat of the automatic welding cutting head is firm and reliable,the service life is up to standard,and the production efficiency of the coal mine roadheader is improved.
