摘要

为了验证山西三元煤业顶板高位定向长钻孔采空区瓦斯治理效果,在试验工作面布置了 1组高位定向长钻孔,试验过程中采用复合钻进技术、定点注浆加固技术以及全孔段筛管下放技术,保证钻孔成孔性以及瓦斯抽放效果,结果表明,采用新技术可有效降低局部不稳定地段孔壁垮塌对钻孔抽放量的影响,有利于采空区瓦斯的稳定抽放.

Abstract

In order to verify the gas control effect of high-level directional long boreholes in the goaf of Shanxi Sanyuan Coal Industry,a group of high-level directional long boreholes were arranged in the test working face.During the test,the composite drilling technology,fixed-point grouting reinforcement technology and full-hole section sieve tube lowering technology were used to ensure the drilling hole formation and gas drainage effect.The results show that the new technology can effectively reduce the influence of the collapse of the hole wall in the local unstable section on the drilling drainage volume,which is conducive to the stable drainage of gas in the goaf.
