摘要

随着苯选择加氢反应的进行,催化剂的逐步老化,需要连续对苯选择加氢催化剂进行再生.采用气相色谱仪、重量法等分析方法,从苯选择加氢催化剂再生过程中除油、氧化处理、沸腾处理操作等方面分析了影响苯选择加氢催化剂性能的因素.对催化剂再生过程、加氢再生系统循环和配制新催化剂过程进行了优化后,保证了催化剂再生系统的连续长周期运行,减少了加氢催化剂的流失,催化剂消耗降低了 10.8%,环己烯的收率提高了 2.18%,加氢效果明显提升.

Abstract

With the progress of the selective hydrogenation of benzene,the catalyst gradually aging,and it is necessary to continuously regenerate the benzene selective hydrogenation catalyst.Gas chromatograph,gravimetric method and other analytical methods were used to analyze the factors affecting the selective hydrogenation of benzene were analyzed from the aspects of degreasing,oxidation treatment,and boiling treatment during the regeneration of benzene selective hydrogenation catalyst.After optimizing the catalyst regeneration process,the hydrogenation regeneration system cycle and the process of preparing new catalysts,the continuous long-period operation of the catalyst regeneration system is ensured,the loss of the hydrogenation catalyst is reduced.The catalyst consumption decreased by 10.8%,the yield of cyclohexene increased by 2.18%,and the hydrogenation effect was significantly improved.
