Optimization of coal gangue filling material ratio and multi-factor coupling analysis based on RSM
In view of the non-applicability of orthogonal test method to the coupling of various influencing factors in the ratio design,the response surface method(RSM)was used to explore the influence of multi-factor coupling of fly ash(X1),cement content(X2)and slurry mass concentration(X3)on the strength formation process of filling body.The effects of three factors on the strength of filling body at different curing ages were studied.Then,a quadratic polynomial strength regression model with the compressive strength of filling body at different ages as the response target was established.Combined with variance analysis and response surface test,the influence degree and significance of each factor on the compressive strength of filling body were tested,so as to optimize the ratio of filling materials.The results showed that the compressive strength of filling body was not only affected by single factor,but also by the coupling effect of three factors.The significant order of the influence of single factor on the strength of filling body was:cement>slurry concentration>fly ash;the significance order of the influence of multi-factor coupling on the strength of filling body was:fly ash and cement>mass concentration of fly ash and slurry>mass concentration of cement and slurry.Combined with the test results and variance analysis,a set of mix ratio was selected,and its strength met the strength design requirements of general filling body.
