富水巷道泥质顶板围岩控制技术研究

针对五阳煤矿集中胶带大巷富水、泥质顶板、围岩软弱、变形破坏严重等特点,采用现场勘测、数值模拟和现场监测等手段系统地研究了富水巷道泥质顶板的破坏机理,总结了富水顶板变形失稳的影响因素,提出布置疏水孔、高强度锚杆(索)联合支护以及注浆加固的综合控制技术,对富水巷道泥质顶板围岩进行支护,并成功应用于现场工程实践.应用结果表明,采用该围岩综合控制技术后,减少了水对顶板的弱化作用,提高了顶板承载能力,实现了对富水巷道顶板的有效控制,保证其服务年限内的稳定性和安全使用.
Research on control technology of mudstone roof surrounding rock in water-rich roadway
In response to the characteristics of rich water,mudstone roof,weak surrounding rock,and severe deformation and damage in the centralized belt roadway of Wuyang Mine,the failure mechanism of mudstone roof and rich water roadway was systematically studied through on-site survey,numerical simulation,and on-site monitoring.The influencing factors of deformation and instability of water-rich roadway roof were summarized,and a comprehensive control technology of arranging drainage holes,high-strength anchor rods(cables)combined support,and grouting reinforcement was proposed to support the roadway,which was successfully applied in on-site engineering practice.The application results showed that after adopting the comprehensive control technology of surrounding rock,the weakening effect of water on the roof was reduced,the bearing capacity of the roof was improved,and effective control of the roof of the water rich roadway was achieved,ensuring its stability and safe use within its service life.
