Research on differentiated collaborative support technology of high stress soft rock roadway
In order to solve the technical problems of support and floor heave treatment of high stress soft rock roadway and ensure the safe use of roadway,the instability and failure mechanism of roadway support under the influence of complex mining in No.31151 return air roadway of Yanghe Coal Industry were analyzed.Numerical simulation technology was used to analyze the stability of surrounding rock and study the floor heave mechanism and surrounding rock control technology of high stress soft rock roadway.The targeted bolting scheme of bolt-mesh-cable and the technical scheme of bolting net cable of bottom plate plus grouting support were proposed.The field practice showed that after the two sections of roadway were affected by mining,the maximum separation depth of roadway was 1.8 m,the maximum displacement was 210 mm,and the maximum floor heave was 230 mm.All the maximum deformation was within the allowable deformation range of design,and the support strength met the requirements of roadway support.
