摘要

针对陈四楼煤矿北风井更换主通风机Ⅱ级电机施工的繁琐工艺,在拆卸安装过程中耗时长、劳动强度大等问题,通过对前期施工过程的分析研究,将该施工工艺进行了自主创新改造,总结了一套最佳施工方案.根据现场施工条件,利用主通风机自身结构特点设计了一种脱机辅助装置,实现了主通风机快速脱机与对接的整个更换过程.实践证明,该脱机装置的应用大幅提高了工作效率,降低了检修人员的劳动强度.

Abstract

In view of the tedious process of replacing the main fan grade Ⅱ motor in the north air shaft of Chensilou Coal Mine,the problems of long time and high labor intensity in the process of disassembly and installation,through the analysis and research of the early construction process,the construction technology was independently innovated and transformed,and a set of best construction scheme was summarized.According to the on-site construction conditions,an off-line auxiliary device is designed by using the structural characteristics of the main fan,which realizes the whole replacement process of the main fan's rapid off-line and docking.Practice has proved that the application of the offline device greatly improves the work efficiency and reduces the labor intensity of the maintenance personnel.
