榆树坡煤矿自备应急电源选型设计研究

针对矿井工业负载缺少应急电源,电力突发事件应急能力较差的问题,榆树坡煤矿决定增加自备应急电源.本文根据榆树坡煤矿实际情况,对自备应急电源的类型进行选择,根据实际负载量等信息进行发电机组的选型计算,最终选定2台功率为2 400 kW/3 000 kVA的柴油发电机组.经过实际试验,此次设计应急电源柴油发电机组运行良好,可以在突然断电情况下保证榆树坡煤矿井下重要用电负载的正常运行,达到了预期目的,保障了榆树坡煤矿安全高效生产.
Research on the selection and design of self-provided emergency power supply in Yushupo Coal Mine
In view of the lack of emergency power supply for mine industrial load and the poor emergency response capability of electric power emergencies,Yushupo Coal Mine decided to increase its own emergency power supply.In this paper,according to the actual situation of Yushupo Coal Mine,the type of self-provided emergency power supply is selected,and the selection calculation of generator set is carried out according to the actual load and other information.Finally,two diesel generator sets with power of 2 400 kW/3 000 kVA are selected.Through the actual test,the emergency power supply diesel generator set designed in this paper runs well,which can ensure the normal operation of the important power load in Yushupo Coal Mine under the condition of sudden power failure,achieve the expected purpose,and ensure the safe and efficient production of Yushupo Coal Mine.
