瓦斯抽采是解决高瓦斯及突出矿井瓦斯灾害的根本途径,针对瓦斯抽采钻孔连接、管路积水等制约矿井瓦斯抽采效果的因素,研发了手动放水器与自动放水器相结合,加装单孔孔口控制阀的井下瓦斯抽采系统新型自动排水连孔工艺.本文基于山西天地王坡煤矿现有的抽采钻孔连接工艺,结合井下钻孔放水作业实际情况,阐述分析了新型自动排水连孔工艺的技术原理、具体实施流程、安装方式,并在王坡煤矿井下掘进工作面进行应用试验.研究表明,新型自动排水连孔工艺可完全实现自动排水和单孔抽采状态随机调整的预定目标,单顺槽最高抽采浓度达到了 35%,比前期手动放水器顺槽抽采浓度提升了 5%~10%,抽采效果显著提升.瓦斯抽采系统新型自动排水连孔工艺应用研究结果达到了解放劳动力,降低材料成本、提升抽采效果的多重目的,具有较好地推广应用前景和意义.
Research on new automatic drainage hole connecting technology of coal mine gas extraction system
Gas extraction is the fundamental way to solve the gas disaster in high gas and outburst mine.In view of the factors that restrict the effect of mine gas extraction,such as gas extraction borehole connection and pipeline water accumulation,a new type of automatic drainage hole connection technology for underground gas extraction system is developed,which combines manual water discharger with automatic water discharger and installs single hole orifice control valve.Based on the existing connection technology of drainage boreholes in Shanxi Tiandi Wangpo Coal Mine,combined with the actual situation of underground borehole drainage operation,this paper expounds and analyzes the technical principle,specific implementation process and installation mode of the new automatic drainage connection technology,and carries out the application test in the underground heading face of Wangpo Coal Mine.The research shows that the new automatic drainage hole connecting process can fully realize the predetermined goal of automatic drainage and random adjustment of single-hole extraction state.The maximum extraction concentration of single-channel groove reaches 35%,which is 5%~10%higher than that of manual drainage in the early stage,and the extraction effect is significantly improved.The application research results of the new automatic drainage hole connecting process of the gas extraction system have achieved the multiple purposes of liberating the labor force,reducing the material cost and improving the extraction effect,which has a good application prospect and significance.
