Research on advanced support technology of high-strength anchor cable in fully mechanized mining face of Jinbei Coal Industry
In order to solve the problem of drilling bottom when the traditional single hydraulic column was used for advanced support,taking No.3-503 fully mechanized mining face of Jinbei Coal Industry as the engineering background,the study of high-strength anchor cable instead of the single column for advanced support was carried out.The feasibility of the scheme was analyzed by means of mine pressure monitoring and numerical simulation,and the reasonable support parameters were determined.The practical application was carried out in the mining roadway of No.3-503 Face.The practice showed that the deformation of roadway surrounding rock under the influence of mining was effectively controlled,the working performance of anchor cable was good,the working efficiency was improved,and the working intensity was reduced.The research results had good reference and promotion significance.
