Study on the wettability of magnetized active water to bituminous coal
In order to improve the treatment effect of ordinary water mist on difficult to infiltrate coal dust, the magnetizing active water mist dust removal technology was proposed.Taking bituminous coal as the research object, the monomer surfactant was optimized through surface tension, contact angle, coal dust settling time and droplet particle size measurement experiments to obtain the optimal mixing ratio, and the magnetizing performance of the optimal mixing surfactant solution was tested. Finally, the dynamic dust removal test of different water quality was carried out by using the simulated roadway platform. The experimental results show that the anionic surfactant Fast T and the non-ionic surfactant AEO-9 exhibit strong wetting properties. The combination of the two monomer active agents can further reduce the settling time and contact Angle of coal dust, and the optimal volume ratio is 3:3.After further magnetization treatment, the surface tension and contact Angle of the composite solution were reduced again, and the optimal magnetic induction intensity and magnetization time were 4 000 Gs and 50 min.The dust removal efficiency of magnetization combined with active spray technology is the highest, and the total dust removal efficiency of magnetization spray technology is more than 87%and more than 80%,which is 31.1%and 30.6%higher than that of non-magnetization technology. This technology is of great significance for eliminating coal dust hazards, protecting the life safety of underground workers and ensuring the safety of coal mine production.
