Support adaptability analysis in No.F6219 fully mechanized caving face of Buliangou Mine
In the past,No.F6219 fully mechanized caving face in the Buliangou Mine used low resistance hydraulic supports to press the fully mechanized mining face, which often resulted in strong mining pressure such as rapid column contraction and large-scale opening of safety valves, posing safety hazards to the safety production of the working face.No.F6219 fully mechanized caving face was taekng as the engineering background, the adaptability analysis of the support was carried out on the initial support force, the opening of the safety valve, the frequency of working resistance, and the imbalance of support pressure through measured data.It was concluded that there was a risk of large-scale roof cutting and pressure on the low resistance support roof control working face. The results showed that the average initial support force was 5762-7777kN,and the qualification rate of the initial support force was only 0-28.6%;The opening rate of the bracket safety valve was 3.1%~53.1%,with an average of 30.3%,indicating a high opening rate. The maximum opening ratio of the safety valve was 78.9%,with an average of 36.6%,indicating a high opening ratio; The working condition of the support was not good, the top of the rear column was not real, and the support was in the low resistance area, accounting for 44.43%;In addition, there were many instances of bracket instability and imbalance.Through the analysis of the adaptability of the support in Buliangou Mine,it was concluded that there was a danger of large area roof cutting and support pressing in the roof control working face of low resistance support. In order to ensure the safety of production, engineering suggestions were put forward.
