高强度采动影响下巷道非对称性加固技术与试验研究

以湾图沟煤矿3号煤层13405、13406工作面巷道大变形为工程背景,综合采用现场调研、工业性试验等方法,总结得到工作面采动支承压力扰动、巷道围岩强度低、巷道支护强度低和巷道支护质量差等是试验巷道变形破坏的主要影响因素.基于此,提出了巷道非对称性加固思路,开发了高强度采动影响下巷道非对称性加固技术,并进行了现场工业性试验,监测了巷道围岩变形量、锚杆受力状态、煤柱应力分布等矿压显现特征,分析了试验巷道采动影响规律和变形破坏特征,矿压监测结果验证了加固技术和支护参数的合理性.
Technology and experimental study of asymmetric reinforcement for the roadway under high-intensity mining influence
The large deformation of roadway in No.13405 and 13406 Faces of No.3 coal seam in Wantugou Mine was taken as the engineering background,the methods of field investigation and industrial test were comprehensively adopted.It was concluded that the disturbance of mining abutment pressure,the low strength of roadway surrounding rock,the low strength of roadway support and the poor quality of roadway support were the main influencing factors of deformation and failure of test roadway.Based on this,the idea of asymmetric reinforcement of roadway was put forward,and the asymmetric reinforcement technology of roadway under the influence of high-intensity mining was developed.The field industrial test was carried out to monitor the deformation of surrounding rock,the stress state of bolt and the stress distribution of coal pillar.The influence law and deformation and failure characteristics of the test roadway were analyzed.The results of mine pressure monitoring verified the rationality of reinforcement technology and support parameters.
