新景煤矿切顶留巷卸压预裂爆破关键参数研究

切顶工艺参数对采煤过程中的岩层控制和卸压效果至关重要.为探究新景煤矿芦南9号煤采区9109切巷的爆破切顶关键参数,采用数值模拟方法研究了3、6、9、12m切顶高度和55°、65°、75°、85°切顶角度对采场垂直应力分布的影响,并进行现场工业试验.数值模拟表明,切顶高度为9m,切顶角度为75°时,能够有效减小超前支承压力的影响范围,降低应力集中程度.现场实施预裂爆破切顶工艺后对顶底板的移进量进行监测,监测结果表明,预裂爆破切顶成功切断了覆岩的应力传递作用,使巷道顶部的移进量明显减小,卸压效果明显.这对于确保采煤工程的安全生产具有重要意义.
Research on key parameters of pressure relief pre-splitting blasting in Xinjing Mine
The cutting process parameters are crucial to the rock layer control and pressure relief effect in the coal mining process.In order to explore the key parameters of blasting and cutting roof in No.9109 cutting roadway in Lunan No.9# coal mining area of Xinjing Mine,the effects of 3,6,9 and 12 m cutting top height and 55°,65°,75° and 85° cutting top angles on the vertical stress distribution of the stope were studied by numerical simulation method,and field industrial tests were carried out.The numerical simulation showed that when the cutting top height was 9 m and the cutting top angle was 75°,the influence range of the leading support pressure could be effectively reduced,and the stress concentration degree could be reduced.After the implementation of the pre-cracking blasting and cutting top process,the moving amount of the top and bottom plates was monitored,and the monitoring results showed that the pre-cracking and blasting cutting roof successfully cut off the stress transfer effect of the overburden,so that the moving amount at the top of the roadway was significantly reduced,and the pressure relief effect was obvious.This was of great significance to ensure the safe production of coal mining projects.
