软弱破碎围岩煤层巷道围岩变形机理及控制技术研究

针对破碎围岩巷道变形破坏严重、传统支护技术难以控制围岩稳定的问题,以济宁二号煤矿93下11运输顺槽为工程背景,根据地应力测试和钻孔窥视结果,对原支护方案技术参数进行了优化设计,通过数值计算确定了优化支护技术参数.现场实践结果表明,采用优化支护方案后,巷道顶板、两帮和底板的最大变形量分别为55、76、24mm,应用效果良好,有效控制了破碎围岩巷道的稳定性.
Research on the deformation mechanism and control technology of roadway perimeter rock in soft and broken bedrock coal seam
In view of the serious deformation and failure of broken surrounding rock roadway and the difficulty of traditional support technology to control the stability of surrounding rock,No.93 下 11 tromsport roadway of Jining No.2 Mine was taken as the engineering background.According to the results of the ground stress test and drilling peeping,the technical parameters of the original support scheme were optimized,and the support technical parameters were determined by numerical calculation.The results of field practice showed that:after adopting the optimization support scheme,the maximum deformation of roadway roof,two sides and floor was 55 mm,76 mm and 24 mm respectively.The application effect was good,and the stability of broken surrounding rock roadway was effectively controlled.
