摘要

为了消除薄隔水层厚煤层开采工作面异常区突水风险,建立井上下联合探查治理体系,通过探查分析唐家会矿6煤层带压现状与底板突水威胁性,利用地面靶向精准治理与井下定向钻探注浆,加固隔水层,并利用微震监测技术对回采过程中异常区突水风险进行实时监测.结果表明,6煤底板下30 m以深微震事件占比仅1.5%,深部含水层微震事件零星发育且垂向上无聚集趋势,表明Y6异常区得到了有效治理,基本可以保证工作面范围内回采不受底板水害威胁.

Abstract

In order to eliminate the risk of water outburst in the abnormal area of the working face in the thick coal seam with thin aquiclude,a joint exploration and control system was established.Through the exploration and analysis of the pressure status of No.6 coal seam in Tangjiahui Mine and the threat of water outburst from the floor,the ground targeted precise control and underground directional drilling grouting were used to reinforce the aquiclude,and the microseism monitoring technology was used to monitor the risk of water outburst in the abnormal area during the mining process in real time.The results showed that the proportion of microseism events in the depth of 30 m below the floor of 6 coal seam was only 1.5%.The microseism events in the deep aquifer were sporadic and there was no aggregation trend in the vertical direction,indicating that the Y6 abnormal area was effectively controlled,which could basically ensure that the mining in the working face was not threatened by the water disaster in the floor.
