针对冀中能源东庞矿矿用无极绳牵引车碰撞掉道问题,设计了一种新型的吸振碰头装置,基于Solidworks软件设计出了该吸振碰头的详细结构,并在Solidworks/Simulation模块分析了关键部件碰头挡板和自锁销轴在100 kN下的应力分布和变形位移情况,确保吸振碰头在碰撞中的安全性.经东庞矿井下现场应用实践证明,矿用牵引车新型吸振碰头的设计有效地降低了牵引车掉道的事故发生率,为煤矿井下无极绳牵引车的安全运输提供了有力保障.
Design and research on new vibration absorbing collision of mining tractor based on Solidworks
Aiming at the problem of collision and drop of mine endless rope tractor,a new type of vibration-absorbing collision device is designed.The detailed structure of the vibration-absorbing collision is designed based on Solidworks software.The stress distribution and deformation displacement of the key components of the collision baffle and the self-locking pin shaft at 100 kN are analyzed in the Solidworks/Simulation module to ensure the safety of the vibration-absorbing collision in the collision.The field application practice has proved that the design of the new vibration-absorbing collision of the mine tractor effectively reduces the accident rate of the tractor falling off the road,and provides a strong guarantee for the safe transportation of the endless rope tractor in the coal mine.
