景福公司自备应急电源方案设计

景福公司建设时没有考虑应急备用电源,存在安全隐患,因此为防范和遏制煤矿无计划大面积停电事故,确保井下工作人员安全升井,决定在矿井增设自备应急电源.本文根据景福公司实际情况,对自备应急电源的类型进行选择,选择大容量静态储能装置EPS作为自备应急电源,并根据设计所需负载量等信息进行储能装置规格计算和相关系统的布置.实践表明,此次设计的7.15MW/10kV的升压一体化单元以及8.08 MWh的储能电池系统运行良好,可以在突然断电情况下保证景福公司井下重要用电负载的正常运行,达到了预期目的,保障了景福公司安全高效生产.
Design of self-contained emergency power supply scheme in Jingfu Company
Jingfu Company did not consider the emergency standby power supply during the construction,and there were potential safety hazards.Therefore,in order to prevent and curb the unplanned large-scale power outages in coal mines and ensure the safe lifting of underground staff,it was decided to add self-provided emergency power supply in the mine.According to the actual situation of Jingfu Company,this paper selects the type of self-provided emergency power supply,selects the large-capacity static energy storage device EPS as the self-provided emergency power supply,and calculates the specifications of the energy storage device and the arrangement of related systems according to the information such as the required load.The practice shows that the designed 7.15 MW/10 kV step-up integrated unit and 8.08 MWh energy storage battery system run well,which can ensure the normal operation of Jingfu company's important underground power load under the condition of sudden power failure,achieve the expected purpose,and ensure the safe and efficient production of Jingfu company.
