选煤厂磁选机优化设计与性能分析

重介质选煤工艺流程中传统筒式磁选机磁场强度偏低且磁场衰减速度较快,介质回收的效果往往达不到预期.本文以唐安煤矿选煤厂为例,针对该选煤厂磁选机运行过程中重介质消耗量大的问题展开分析,指出原因为磁选机磁场强度不足,并决定采用干式永磁盘式磁选机替代原有筒式磁选机,同时对盘式磁选机的进料方式、磁选盘、卸料盘进行针对性优化设计.实践表明,设计的盘式磁选机应用效果良好,解决了唐安煤矿选煤厂重介质的消耗问题.
Optimization design and performance analysis of magnetic separator in coal preparation plant
In the heavy medium coal preparation process,the magnetic field intensity of the traditional drum magnetic separator is low and the magnetic field attenuation speed is fast,and the effect of medium recovery is often not up to expectations.Taking the coal preparation plant of Tang'an Coal Mine as an example,this paper analyzes the problem of large consumption of heavy medium during the operation of the magnetic separator in the coal preparation plant,and points out that the reason is that the magnetic field strength of the magnetic separator is insufficient,and decides to use the dry permanent magnet disk magnetic separator to replace the original drum magnetic separator.At the same time,the feeding mode,magnetic separation plate and unloading plate of the disk magnetic separator are optimized.The practice shows that the designed disk magnetic separator has a good application effect and solves the problem of heavy medium consumption in Tang'an Coal Mine Coal Preparation Plant.
