辅助通风条件下煤巷粉尘污染物扩散特性研究

为有效控制粉尘污染物,实现煤矿清洁生产,本文重点研究了辅助通风系统下典型煤巷粉尘污染物的扩散特性,分别采用欧拉-欧拉和欧拉-拉格朗日方法对随气流运动的粉尘颗粒进行分析.对每个粉尘粒子进行追踪,通过硬球模型和直接模拟蒙特卡洛方法考虑粒子碰撞,结合现场实测结果,对粉尘颗粒的整体运动规律进行验证,并探究了粒径影响下的粉尘分布规律.研究表明,回流主要发生在细粒和细粒(<20 μm),它们有助于粉尘悬浮,较大的颗粒(40~60 μm)主要落在回风侧.
Study on diffusion characteristics of dust pollutants in coal roadway under auxiliary ventilation conditions
In order to effectively control dust pollutants and realize clean production in coal mines,this paper focuses on the diffusion characteristics of dust pollutants in typical coal roadways under the auxiliary ventilation system.The Euler-Euler and Euler-Lagrangian methods are used to analyze the dust particles moving with the airflow.Each dust particle is tracked,and the particle collision is considered by the hard sphere model and the direct simulation Monte Carlo method.Combined with the field measurement results,the overall motion law of dust particles is verified,and the dust distribution law under the influence of particle size is explored.Studies have shown that the backflow mainly occurs in fine particles and fine particles(<20 μ m),which contribute to dust suspension,and larger particles(40-60 µ m)mainly fall on the return air side.
