摘要

针对山西华阳一矿矿井增加掘进工作面后,现有通风系统无法满足安全要求的问题,本文分析了通风系统现状,并根据华阳一矿矿井衔接计划,分析计算了所需风量,并据此进行通风系统改造,在南部区域新建回风立井,对矿井主要通风机重新进行选型设计,选择了FCZ-8-NO.31.5/1800型轴流式通风机.此次设计的通风系统改造方案实践效果良好,保证了华阳一矿安全顺利进行工作面衔接.

Abstract

In view of the problem that the existing ventilation system could not meet the safety requirements after increasing the tunneling face in Huayang No.1 Coal Mine in Shanxi Province,this paper analyzed the current situation of the ventilation system,and analyzed and calculated the required air volume according to the mine connection plan of Huayang No.1 Coal Mine.Based on this,the ventilation system was reformed,and a new return air shaft was built in the southern area.The main ventilators of the mine were reselected and designed,and the FCZ-8-NO.31.5/1800 axial flow fan was selected.The design of the ventilation system transformation scheme had a good practical effect,which ensured the safe and smooth connection of the working face in Huayang No.1 Mine.
